Niger

Exploring the most impressive Sahara

The desert in NIGER boasts some of the Sahara’s most beautiful dunes, the stark splendors of the Aïr Mountains & Ténéré Desert being one of West Africa’s most spectacular sights. Zinder and Agadez are towns of the intriguing, ancient trans-Saharan trade-route and build up of magnificent mazes of mud brick. The attraction of the fascinating locals cannot be missed and make Niger an undeniable destination.

It’s true that Niger is one of the world’s poorest countries, which make our programs have even more sense as we will be able to bring something positive to the locals; illusion, some hard currency and maybe even some needed materials.

Only suitable for the most adventurous travellers.

In 2009, some areas of the Tibesti can not be visited because of political instability between the Tuareg nomads and the Nigerian Government.
